Remove the thawed shrimp from the bag and pat dry with paper towel. With a pair of scissors, cut lengthwise down the back of the shrimp. This will make it easier to peel after cooking.
In a bowl, wise together the soy sauce, brown sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, rice wine vinegar, garlic and sesame oil until all the sugar is dissolved.
Heat the olive oil over high heat and add the shrimp. Stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the zucchini, onion and peppers and stir fry for 1 to 2 more minutes.
Pour in the teriyaki sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to reduce sauce. Remove from heat, stir in the green onions and season with hot sauce.
Serve with steamed rice or rice noodle.
